How to Order?

You can browse through available products on the website, add them to shopping cart and proceed to check out when you’re ready.

Is there a minimum order for free delivery?

We have a minimum spend of $100 for free delivery. Anything less than $100 incur a $10 delivery fee.

Where do you deliver?

Our delivery area is from Coolangatta in South till Noosa in North and Ipswich in West.

The post codes covered are:

        When do you deliver?

Delivery is done once a week and is divided in two zones.

North zone deliveries done on Wednesday.

South zone deliveries are done on Friday.

What time is delivery done?

Deliveries start after 9 am and continue through out the day. It is nearly impossible to do specific time deliveries. When delivery is done a text is sent to the mobile number provided.

Do I have to be home to receive delivery?

You don’t have to be home to receive the delivery. The products are packed in polystyrene eskies with ice pack and can hold the temperate for 4-­5 hours. Your delivery will be left according to the instructions in your order. If no instructions are given it will be left at the front door.

How do I Pay?

After adding all products you need click on check out and it will take you to a secure payment gateway. You will be asked to enter the payment details here.

What are the cut off days?

For North zone cut of is midnight Sunday.

For South zone cut of is midnight Tuesday.

Did not receive the right order?

We try are best to make sure orders and packed and delivered correctly. In case if you have not received what you have ordered please let us know and we will look into it.

Is it Vegan?

All products on our website are 100% Vegan. Perfect for everyone to taste a vegan product. Please check ingredients for allergies.

Are the products same as shown in pictures?

Products might differ from the ones shown in pictures. Companies tend to change packaging and product design from time to time.

What if i am after a product you don’t stock?

We are continuously working on adding new products to the store. If you are after something particular please let us know and we will try and get it for you.

Does the meal menu change or stays the same?

We try and change menu every 4 weeks so you don’t get bored by eating same type of meals. We welcome suggestions on meals you would like to see on the menu.
